post Thanksgiving day

The thanksgiving day was marvelous. We spent it in my husband's parents house and it was a lot of fun. everyone enjoyed the food and laughing and chatting and were glad to see each other. We played cards till almost 3:30am. It was a very long day and night but it feels only like an hour and the following day my husband went to see the Gun show, with his father and I together with his daughter and her husband. Guns in that show were fantastic! It was just simply marvelous and husband bought some gun shells/bullets for his gun and bought some as his gift foe his dad.

Oakley Sunglasses

I bought this Monster Dog for my husband just this Monday and I wanted to give this as a present its not because its x-mas or something but I just love to buy this for him, he had one from tommy hilfieger but he lost it now doesn't have any sunglasses at all. This Monster just perfect for him I guess, but he told me to wrap it up and give this as a my xmas present for him...hmmmm...sounds good isn't it? that means I don't need to buy him anything...but of course I will...maybe a pair of Levi's pants or a belt my mind is so occupied these days specially for the baby stuff...

Happy Thanksgiving Day!

Getting ready going to my husband's family dinner and play card as well this coming Thursday for the Thanksgiving Day, an annual event held at his parents house and this will be my second time being married to him. It's fun though specially the rook card game and I won at least once. hahaha!!!

The thing is that we already had our x-mas lights amazingly lighted every night outside the house and you can see them two blocks away. You can't even hardly imagine how bright it is, it just made me happy seeing those different kinds of lights.

my baby boy's crib

These days my baby boy that until now does not has a name yet, seems like my husband has a hard time figuring out what name he likes, which I can't get to pick the name because it was part of our agreement when we bet that if its a girl I get to pick the name I want without his objection but if its a boy same thing he gets to pick the name without my objection, of course aside from the fact that I needed to pay him a $50 because the baby turned out to be a boy 90% as according to my Doctor. He won anyway Crazy isn't it? But kinda fun.

Moreover, As a first time mom I am not sure what I need for my baby, I am not sure what specific things I need to buy, but buying a crib is the first thing, isn't it? and so does it bedding set goes with it, right? Kinda exciting I can get to shop on things that I wish to have for my baby but I am still thinking perhaps it would be great if its a girl and it would be so easy for me to pick what it is the baby girl need henceforth, I am kinda busy of looking some online stuff that are I think that I will need for my baby boy and I just purchased a Baby bedding set which I think is cute. I chose the color because it is manly, isn't it? But his room's color is dark purple which is the vikings' color Minneapolis Football team because my husband is a huge viking fan since he was 6 years old. Imagine??? and so his son needs to embrace it too. amazing.

preparing for Holiday season

Right After a Halloween My husband and I are now start decorating for Holiday and in fact our house is filled with many different Christmas lights outside and it is magnificent, although we never spent X-mas eve at our house because Christmas night usually spend at his parents house where the family could get together and share the holiday gifts for each other and his parents has a great festive celebration with different kinds of foods, wine and etc. But more importantly his parents are very generous in giving their x-mas presents for each of the family member. awesome!!! however before the X-mas eve we also gathered for a thanks giving day, and I think our Xmas lights and decor might be too early for holiday but I love looking at those lights it just made my night, and perhaps even the people who are driving by I bet they too like our x-mas lights...it just simply adorable, and you can feel the Holiday season is in the air.

a baby boy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

November 4, 2009 at 2:30pm was the day when I found out that I am conceiving a baby boy, and my doctor said that the boy is healthy and Its measurement says that It is already a 22 weeks old. A boy. Yes a baby boy. How cool is that? I was very excited on that day as we were waiting for my doctor in the room for I was about to have my 3rd ultrasound and my husband and I were just simply enjoying the waiting time because before that we were betting if what will be the baby, a boy or a girl, and he bet that a baby will be a boy and I bet that the baby will be a girl and whoever win will get 50$. That means I needed to pay my husband a 50$ which I really did. hahahaha!!! crazy isn't it? Well I got beat and that was an arrangement, and at the same time we also agreed that if its a boy he gets to pick the name and if its a girl I get to pick the name and he won so I just simply leave that rights for him.

On the other hand, I may say that I am kinda hoping that my baby will be a girl but well its ok a boy is fine with me too, it just that I can't get to dress him like I could probably does with a baby girl. But then I believe that I can still do whatever I want for my baby boy. anyway... so I guess more or less 3 more months I will be a certified first time mom. I never really think that I would be one. I never see myself to be one. and I am not even sure how to be one. That's just sucks isn't it? I don't feel like reading the books too that given by my husband's sister I felt like whatever it is it will jsut simply come up.

On the contrary my husband haven't tell me yet if what is the name he likes for the baby but since his father's name and middle is Calvin Dwight and him is Loren Dwight well then the baby's name probably as we agreed that Dwight should be his middle name as well. It could be Luke Dwight but seems like he has not decided yet if its Luke or what...hehehehe!!! giving a baby's name is kinda fun too huh? I never thought that it is kinda hard but then....

I just hope and pray that my baby will be a healthy one with a God gift of superb human brain that can able him to explore the world and have his own beautiful and successful future...
